Pricing Packages

Our pricing is simple and straightforward. We have 3 all inclusive packages set by square footage. Please see below, if your property is over 3,500 sq ft please inquire. Light stagings are half the price of each package. Rentals are for 45 days and $300 per room for extension excluding kitchen and bathrooms. Outdoor spaces count as one. 50% deposit required to reserve staging date.
